Although he's been a resident of Southern California for over twenty-five years, Bruce is a New York Native with a professional "Aloha" attitude. A graduate of Texas Christian University and the Mortgage Banker's Association School of Mortgage Banking at Stanford University, Bruce's education has also covered all aspects of the Real Estate business including agency, ethics, property investing, disclosure, and negotiations.
Along with being a highly decorated Vietnam Veteran with honors including the Bronze Star and Purple Heart, Bruce is a strong supporter of neighborhood activities and attends Bel Air Presbyterian Church. Through the Santa Monica-Venice Christmas Run he sponsors each year, Bruce and team ABC raise money and support Harvest Home, a shelter for homeless, pregnant women.
Bruce is family-oriented and not only tries to be the best he can for his customers, but constantly stives to be fit–physically, mentally and spritually. Bruce is an avid bicyclist averaging 150 miles a week. He is also constantly attending real estate classes to stay informed in the current market. Bruce makes time daily to reflect on and strengthen his spiritual beliefs; and at the same time, show gratitude and appreciation for the wonderful hand he's been dealt.
